ReplioWaitlist privacy
This section covers Replio LLC's waitlist for the local social network at replio.si. It covers this consumer waitlist only. Our business services have a separate privacy policy. Joining this waitlist does not create a business account or a public profile.
What we collect and why
When you join, we collect your phone number to maintain the waitlist. The country-code selector defaults to United States (+1). You can choose Brazil (+55) and enter your area code (DDD) and number, or choose Other country and enter your full international number. An entered number beginning with + uses that country code. The selection is used to format your number, not to look up your location, and is not stored separately. We also record a signup identifier and the signup date. The form does not ask for your name, city, or email address. Email addresses submitted through our earlier email form remain on the waitlist with their signup date and waitlist identifier.
The signup service uses your IP address in server memory to limit repeated requests and checks a hidden form field to help reject automated submissions. These checks are not stored with your waitlist entry.
Where your information goes
Vercel hosts the page and handles signup requests. Supabase stores the waitlist. Authorized Replio HQ administrators can view phone numbers, earlier email signups, and signup dates and download them as a CSV file.
A new signup also sends your phone number through Telegram to Replio's private HQ bot chat so our team can see the new waitlist entry. The notification includes your phone number and a link to the private waitlist. It does not include your email address or IP address.
How long we keep waitlist records
We keep waitlist records until launch or until you ask us to remove them, whichever comes first. We then delete those records from the waitlist and our downloaded copies. Removal requests are handled by our team through help@repliohq.com.
Browsing and your choices
The waitlist page does not load analytics or advertising scripts, and its signup and animation scripts do not set cookies or save information in your browser's local storage. Following a link to repliohq.com takes you to a website with separate cookies and tracking choices. You can manage those choices with the Privacy choices button in that website's footer.
You can browse without submitting a phone number. A phone number is required to join. This form collects your number for the waitlist; it does not send text messages or record an opt-in to text messages.
